The 2027 calendar
Pick your week
Our season runs November to May — the whales are resident, so no week is better than another for finding them. Every trip is seven nights with six days on the water.
Every week needs four guests to run.
We take a maximum of six and we need a minimum of four booked before a week is confirmed. If a week has not reached four by 45 days before departure, we cancel it and you are refunded in full — so you are never left paying for a trip that does not sail. Each week below tells you exactly where it stands.
Weeks tend to book up two to four months ahead. Booking early gives you the pick of the dates, and it is what gets a week to four guests and confirmed — so an early booking helps your own trip go ahead.

Payment & terms
In plain English
Deposit$2,000 USD at booking, paid online, confirms your place on that week.
BalanceThe full balance is due 120 days before departure.
Single supplementPrices are per person on double occupancy. A room to yourself is $1,350 USD for 2027, added on the last page of checkout.
Cancellation120 days or more before the trip: 20% of the trip cost, plus the deposit. Less than 120 days: 100% cancellation fee. Take travel insurance that covers cancellation, and take it when you book.
Minimum numbersA week runs with a minimum of four guests and never takes more than six. If a week has not reached four 45 days before departure we cancel it and refund you in full.
