Mystic Sands is one of the nicest resorts in Vava’u — just check out their amazing reviews on Trip Advisor. The resort is on a private beach and has a pier for picking up guests for whale-watching trips.
Surrounded by tropical gardens, Mystic Sands is a 10-minute drive from town, with is a beachfront restaurant located next door. Guests can make their own meals, as all rooms include a kitchenette with fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, coffee plunger and a two-burner stove. Hot breakfast is 25 TOP per person.
The resort is located right on the water, giving guests access to kayaking, SUPs, snorkeling and other water activities. Pick up for the whale swims happens right at the resort’s dock, making things a bit easier.
Guests can choose from twin share or single occupancy, with the price based on twin sharing. If you would like your own room there is a single supplement cost of $1600 USD, space permitting.
